ALYSIA LOPEZ'S SCRAP BOOK
Alysia
lives in Key West, with Mum and Dad, Jeanie and Clint. She loves to
swim, and talks about it happily. Alysia and her parents came to the
FKDSET Art-Auction and Silk Painting, donated funds (!) and painted a
sun catcher as well as contributing to the banner below.
Recently Alysia achieved great milestone, she swam 50 meters, after only 3 months of swim classes. This is so exciting for her family and the FKCC pool swim coach, Miss Carol, who worked with her. What an exciting week for the Lopez family. Check back here for photo's and a movie of the newest super-hero of the FKDSET and the fastest smile in the water.

I am writing this letter on behalf of Alysia Lopez and her parents, Although I am Alysia's Aunt, I have worked in the health care field for the last twenty two years and I am fully aware that Alysia is a special needs child. I also know that without financial assistance this swimming program would be out of reach for the family. I also feel that Alysia would benefit from this program in a number of ways, it would increase her vocabulary as she participates, it would increase her range of motion and of course she would learn to swim. Socially I feel this program will help Alysia.
I would like to thank you in advance for your consideration in allowing Alysia to participate in this program.
